SUMMER STRAWBERRY
It was the abundance of organic strawberries grown in the hot Okanagan sun that inspired me to develop this dressing. The sun’s heat lingers in the spice of the cayenne, while the fresh strawberries suggest the cool of the lake. Try it on spinach, salad or mixed greens, as well as on your favourite savoury dishes, fruits or vegetables, and as a dip, topping or sauce.
